Premium subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, select pourquoi.app, then Cancel subscription. You keep Premium access until the end of the paid period. You can also manage your subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore purchases.
Refund requests
Refunds are handled by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to open a request with Apple Support.
Screen Time
Screen Time authorization is optional. To revoke it: Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Time › See apps that have access, then remove pourquoi.app.
“Ask Why” Shortcut
The Shortcut works on iOS 26 and later. To use it as an automation: Shortcuts › Automation › Personal Automation, trigger App is opened, action Ask Why. iOS may show “Ask Before Running”; disable it for a silent trigger (not guaranteed to be 100% silent).
